kawbet does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. kawbet shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from Platform downtime, technical errors, or interruptions to internet connectivity beyond kawbet's reasonable control.
In any event, kawbet's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your kawbet account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Upon termination of your account for cause, kawbet may, at its sole discretion, forfeit any balance remaining in your account. Where termination is not due to a breach by you, kawbet will return any undisputed balance to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
